Born and raised in the heart of Arizona, in the scenic White Mountains of Show Low, I, December Storm Cox, have been a proud resident of Florence since 1974, a graduate of FHS with honors. My 50-year journey in Pinal County has deeply connected me to its growth, communities, and values.

My tenure in the Pinal County Assessor's Office as an Appraiser equipped me with extensive knowledge and skills in property valuation, adhering to the stringent standards set by state statutes and the Arizona Department of Revenue. My role involved the responsible valuation of real and personal property, a task I approached with the utmost fairness and accuracy, ensuring equitable tax implications for our residents.

As a property investor, I understand the concerns and aspirations of homeowners and investors alike. This dual perspective of a public servant and private investor gives me a unique insight into the needs and expectations of our community regarding property valuation and taxation.
